Shipping policy
ORDER PROCESSING: Please allow 1-3 days for in stock items to process your order, custom orders generally take 2-4 weeks. STORE PICKUP - 19759 SE Sunnyside Rd, Damascus, OR 97089. Orders can be picked up daily, from 7am to 4pm. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.
PRICING & SHIPPING RATE ERRORS: We strive to ensure all product prices and shipping rates displayed on our website are accurate. However, in the event of a pricing or shipping rate error, we reserve the right to correct the error and charge the accurate amount prior to fulfillment and shipment. If a correction results in a price change, we will notify you before processing the updated charge. You will have the option to accept the corrected amount or cancel your order for a full refund. We are not obligated to fulfill orders at incorrect prices or shipping rates.
LOCAL DELIVERY During checkout, enter your address and choose the ship option. Click the "continue to shipping" button. Local delivery is available for addresses within [insert distance] of our shop. If the local delivery option does not show up during checkout, your order may not be eligible for local delivery. Please give us time to prepare your order, some in stock items can be delivered between 1-2 days and custom orders may take longer. When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive a call or text about delivery eta's.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES: For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Some bulky items that require special freight may incur additional charges as the shipping calculator at checkout is just an estimate. To address this, please email us at gutterall@usa.com your intended order and we will shop the best freight rates before you place the order.
Hawaii & Alaska Shipping
Please note that orders shipping to Hawaii and Alaska are excluded from our free shipping offer. Actual shipping rates will be calculated and charged at checkout based on the destination and order weight. We apologize for any inconvenience.
REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus a 15% restock fee and the shipping costs for the return. CUSTOM ORDERS ARE FINAL SALE No Refunds. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at gutterall@usa.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
