Installation Guide
- Measure the roofline — calculate total linear footage and add 10% for cuts and waste.
- Order your material — choose custom inch lengths or standard 10/20 ft sections in your color. Call ahead for custom lengths to schedule production.
- Install hidden hangers — space 5K hangers 24 inches on center; reduce to 18 inches in high-snow areas. Attach to the fascia board through the hanger's back plate.
- Set the slope — maintain a minimum 1/4-inch drop per 10 feet of run toward the downspout outlet. Mark a chalk line on the fascia as a guide.
- Snap gutter into hangers — slide the back lip of the gutter under the hanger hook and snap the front lip into place. No fasteners required on the gutter face.
- Join sections (if applicable) — connect sections with a slip coupler and butyl gutter sealant. Overlap at least 4 inches in the direction of water flow.
- Install end caps — attach color-matched end caps at all open ends with sealant applied to the inner flange.
- Attach downspout outlets — cut the outlet hole with a hole saw, crimp the outlet neck into the gutter, and seal the perimeter.
- Test the system — run water through to verify slope, check for standing water, and inspect all seams and end caps.
Professional installation recommended for work above 6 feet. Always use OSHA-approved fall protection.
